*** I can also tear off existing flat roof or replace any carpentry as needed at soft spots or water damage spots, termite damage, or replace rotten fascia board or rafters and plywood at leak areas. I can also install styrofoam insulation to insulate roof before any new roof installation.

I can do a repair on torch down roof or I can replace the entire roof for a new one with new drip edge

I can also do a repair on scuppers and roof drains.

Maintenance is also available for this type of roof

Rectangular shape tiles are used to do these types of roofs. A double layer of number 30 underlayment felt is required and one layer of number 40 firestone underlayment felt is required.

This type of concrete tile roofs are the most durable compared to clay tile roofs.

S and M Tile shape Concrete Tile Roofs also require a double layer of number 30 underlayment felt or one layer of number 40 firestone underlayment felt is required which is fiberglass material and is more resistant than number 30 underlayment.

These type of roof are more eye catching and they differ a lot form any other concrete or any other shape roofs

These type of roofs also require 30 and 40 underlayment felt.

On number 30 underlayment felt they require 2 layers of underlayment felt

On number 40 underlayment they require one layer of underlayment felt

Tune up maintenance on existing roofs

It can be done on flat roofs or asphalt shingle roofs

Tune up maintenance could be done on all kinds of roofs by sealing the pipe flashings, skylights, any metal flashing or Z-flashing in these type of roofs. I can also do ridge caps tuneup which requires to remove the broken existing ridge cap entirely and replace it with new ridge caps and nail them with 1-3/4” collated nails

and seal the joined ridge cap with caulking or asphalt mastic

Tune up maintenance can also be done on clay tiles or concrete tiles as well
